This subtly floral rose, honey and grapefruit recipe is a beautiful addition to your weekend brunch. It takes a total of ten minutes (including baking it!) and is so simple.
2 large pink grapefruits
2 tbsp honey
1/4 tsp rose water
optional rose petals for garnish
In a small bowl mix together the honey and rose water. Slice the grapefruits in half and loosen the segments from the peel using a serrated knife. Place them in an oven safe dish and spread the honey mixture over the grapefruits evenly. Sprinkle each half with some ground cardamom. Place the grapefruits in the oven under the broiler for 4-6 minutes, until the edges get a little brown.
