Grapefruit and Ginger Chia Fresca

Fresh grapefruit juice mixed with grated ginger, honey and camu camu powder makes the most refreshing summer drink! Make a big batch and drink it all summer long!



1 1/2 cups freshly squeezed grapefruit juice, poured through a sieve to remove seeds and pulp

1/2 tsp freshly grated ginger

1/4 tsp camu camu powder (optional)

1/21 tbsp honey (based on sweetness preference and how tart the grapefruits are)

1 tsp chia seeds


  1. Mix all of the ingredients together with a whisk.
  2. Taste and adjust with more honey, ginger, juice, or camu camu powder as needed.
  3. Let the mixture sit in the fridge for 20-30 minutes to allow the chia seeds to expand.
  4. Stir well and serve over ice. Enjoy!
