Summa is here!
Finally some warm (read HOT) weather has hit us here in Toronto and I couldn’t be happier. This Grapefruit and Ginger Chia Fresca is a recipe to keep in rotation as the weather gets warmer and you need some hydration. It’s quick and easy and has super foods like chia seeds and camu camu powder to amp up the nutrition.
Let’s talk camu camu powder. Have you heard of it? Used it before? It comes from a shrub in the amazon and you buy it in powder form. It is tart and citrus-y and is incredibly high in vitamin C! It makes a nice addition to recipes like this or smoothies. I usually buy this camu camu powder.
