Hey there world traveller. Or weekend glamper (no judgement here!)
Are you a wellness enthusiast? Check this out to determine if you are (hint: if your kitchen is filled with mason jars and you use apple cider vinegar for everything…. you probably are) And if you are, this post is for YOU!
I spent a lot of my 20s on a plane. A lot of living out of a suitcase, a lot of forgetting things at home or packing too much. This list is perfect for those of you looking for what to bring on your next big trip or even just your weekend getaway. I don’t always bring all of these but usually most of the items below make the cut. Enjoy Sweet Friends.

The Ultimate Packing Guide for the Everyday Wellness Enthusiast
Food
I always travel with snacks (hello hangry). Sometimes I have time to make my own snacks like these muffins and often I will pack some chopped veggies for the plane or car ride. In terms of packaged goods I love easy, snackable foods like trail mix, granola, bars and nut butter packages. When it comes to staying hydrated I bring my own water bottle as well as matcha sticks and collagen sticks.
Gear
I always travel with a water bottle, books or an e-reader (check out my 2018 booklist here) as well as a packable tote bag, sleeping mask, journal, blender ball for mixing matcha and the Acu Ball for plane rides(which is an absolute game changer!)
Supplements
I travel with certain supplements but these ones are generally always on my list. Probiotics and enzymes for the gut, ginger for motion sickness, adaptogens, melatonin if I need to adjust my time and activated charcoal for emergencies.
Beauty & Wellness
I always travel with a clean sunscreen, and some travel size toiletries (I will usually buy the big version and pack my own travel size jars to avoid so much plastic). Lastly, I am in love with this In the Zone Roller which helps to adjust to time zones.
