The Best Keto Quiche

A creamy crust-free quiche with spinach, cottage cheese, parmesan and rosemary. The BEST keto quiche!



5 eggs

1 cup full fat greek yogurt

1 cup organic cottage cheese

1/2 cup grated parmesan

1/2 cup spinach shopped into ribbons

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp minced fresh rosemary

1/4 tsp pepper

3 tbsp almond flour


  1. Preheat the oven to 325 F
  2. Lightly grease an 8×8 pan with ghee, butter or oil of choice
  3. In a large bowl add all of the ingredients and mix well making sure to be break apart the egg yolks.
  4. Pour into pan and back for 40-50 minutes, until centre is baked through.
  5. Enjoy!


*I have easily doubled this recipe and cooked it in a 9×13 pan as well.
