Thursday Thursday coming at you! I was originally not going to post this recipe because when I first tasted it I thought it was too bitter for the average reader. However, I kept sneaking back to the fridge for more and thought that some of you are going to love this. Chocolate Black Sesame Seed Milk. Chocolatey, creamy, bitter, sweet and the perfect morning pick me up.
Are you ready to give it a go?

This was especially yum directly from the fridge in the early morning. It has an almost coffee like flavour (please note that I don’t actually drink coffee so that last sentence could be complete crap to all you coffee lovers) To make this I use a high speed blender but I have a feeling a regular blender *might* do the trick. I also use a nut bag which I use for everything(straining ghee, nut milks, shrubs) so think it is a definite worthwhile thing to have in your kitchen. Making the milk is pretty simple- it’s only four ingredients and the only preparing you need to do is remembering to soak the seeds. Other than that you are all set!
