Need a summer treat to feed a gang that is healthy but still tastes like dessert? Then this recipe is for you! It requires only four ingredients and is simple to make. You need a blender and a freezer and you are good to goto make a granita!
The only trick to making this is to SET YOUR TIMER so you remember to stir it up. If you don’t do this, it will freeze rock solid. You don’t want that. So set your timer and continue to stir until you get a frozen, almost “fluffy” texture. This time could vary depending on your freezer temperature or how full your freezer is. I set my timer for 45 minutes and continue to stir it every 45 minutes until i feel like I like the texture. It usually takes me around 3 rounds of stirring.
Other than that, there are no secrets. Just blend all of the ingredients and freeze as directed! You could have this dessert by tonight!
