This sauce is has been one of my secrets for getting through Whole 30 and I have decided to share it! Paleo, Vegan, dairy free and whole 30 compliant and yet still delicious- it feels like I’m somehow cheating the system. Plus avocados. Everyone loves avocados. They make things creamy, like smoothies and this sauce. Is there anything they can’t do? #avocadoforpresident
But seriously, YOU. NEED. TO. MAKE. THIS. SAUCE. It goes on everything. Including a spoon and straight into your mouth. It is easy (Hello Vitamix), doesn’t have any sweetener, and requires minimal ingredients. Just like that you have a sauce/dip/finger food (I don’t judge how you eat it) ready to go. You can make it as spicy as you want by keeping the jalapeño seeds in or leaving them out. Can all Mondays be this delicious?

Avocado, Green Apple and Jalapeno Sauce
The tastiest green sauce to use as a veggie dip, in wraps or as a salad dressing. Vegan, paleo with only six ingredients.

juice of two limes
1/2 cup cilantro
1 granny smith apple, cored and chopped
1 jalapeño, deseeded and chopped
1/4 tsp salt plus more to taste
1/4 cup water
Place all ingredients into a blender. Blend using a tamper if neccessary until smooth.
