Ghee is one of my favourite foods. I don’t eat a lot of dairy (I’m allergic to whey) so when I found out that ghee had no lactose, casein and whey I was ALL IN. In my opinion, ghee tastes better than butter anyway because it has a deeper, nuttier flavour. I spread that stuff on bread, muffins, use it in elixirs, baking and smother it on dates for the best snack EVER. Like Ever, Ever! So I decided to make a tiny bit more elaborate recipe with the dates and ghee and share it with you all!
