I spent this past weekend fighting the crowds at the One of A Kind Show here in Toronto. Despite the hoardes of people I still go each year because it’s jam packed with crafters and makers from across the country and is the perfect place to buy gifts for the holidays. I appreciate practical gifts or gifts that provide an experience but every once and awhile it is nice to give something just because it’s beautiful. I have never been one for those mystery ingredient vegan cheese substitutes. They never really made any sense to me. If I need to avoid dairy for my health why would I put said mystery ingredients into my body? So, I have played around with making my own but I think I really hit a home run here.
